Description and characteristics of single-stage pumps NSC

A horizontal or vertical single-stage electric pump having a longitudinally split casing, with a radial double-suction impeller, and connecting flanges on the casing.

 Impeller

Shaft

Seal assembly

  • End cartridge type seal, upon customer request. 

Bearing

  • Enclosed bearings SKF with consistant lubricant for the whole life period
  • Unenclosed gland seal, there is enough space for maintenance
  • Optionally: oil lubrication using a special-purpose oilfeeder. 

Casing

  • The longitudinally split casing allowing removal of the whole rotor without casing and motor displacement
  • A short distance between bearings
  • Casing tightness due to tight flange connection with long and prestressed bolts
  • Rotor reverse rotation without replacement of parts is allowable
  • The casing with double sided volute reduces radial force on the impeller and bearing load
  • Easy-to-install self-centering upper part of the casing
  • Sizes of connecting flanges are according ISO, DIN, BS or ANSI standards
  • Polished inside surface and epoxy coating, upon customer request
  • Changeable split rings are protected the casing and allow an optimum clearance between impeller
  • High volume supply and exclusive suction head

  • The electric pump may be designed as an explosion-proof pump API610 BB1 for oil refining and petrochemical industry, and gas industry as well.

  • Four-inch motor of stainless steel;
  • Connecting flange of bronze or stainless steel:
    • single-phased: 0.37—1.5 kW
    • three-phased: 0.37—7.5 kW
  • Six-inch motor of stainless steel, connecting flange of cast iron (of stainless steel under order):
    • three-phased: 4—37 kW
  • Eight-inch motor of stainless steel, connecting flange of cast iron (of stainless steel under order):
    • three-phased: 5.5—75 kW
