Impeller-jet priming electric pumps of stainless steel or gas-liquid electric pumps - mixers.

QY / QYL — designed for supply of pure low-viscosity liquid and aerated liquids.

QYB / QYLB — designed for supply of explosive and flammable pure low-viscosity liquid, aerated liquids, and for production of gas liquid mixtures.

Operational features:

  • They can suck water simultaneously with gas and mix them inside under high pressure producing superfine air bubbles of 20-30 micron
  • They have strong factors, higher efficiency, and low noise level
  • Production of gas liquid mixtures is far more efficient than when using a traditional method
  • If they are used in gas liquid mixtures and suspensions preparation and transfer systems, equipment costs significantly decrease. Air compressors, various mixers, air tanks may not be used under high pressure, and problems related to unstable air supply and boiling with large air bubbles which can occur when using a traditional technology, will be eliminated.
  • If they are used in ozonated water preparation equipment, many mixers and large oxidation columns may not be used, and, therefore, the cost of equipment will be significantly reduced. The invasion coefficient may exceed 95%.
  • They have a simple design, are easy to operate, wearproof, easy to maintain and do not require a large number of components.

Application of QY/QYL impeller-jet priming pumps

  • Equipment for treatment of gas liquid mixtures, for ozonated water preparation and biological treatment.
  • Supply of heat-transfer or cooling agents to temperature control equipment.
  • Filtration systems, pumping of highly volatile liquids (gasoline, petrol, various solvents, and etc.) from underground tanks and supply of them under high pressure.
