Design features
CDLK / CDLKF electric pumps are non-self-priming multistage centrifugal electric pumps equipped with the standard electric motors. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft. The electric pump may be equipped with overload protection providing efficient “dry-running” protection, zero phase, and etc. In order to meet requirements for installation depth in a tank with water, a hollow body may be installed to change electric pump length.
Operation conditions
- Low-viscous, pure, non-explosive fluid free from solid contaminants and fibrous impurities. It may be used for pumping water, aqueous solution and coolant-cutting fluid
- Pumping fluid temperature:
- Normal temperature: -15°C - +70°C
- Hot water: -9°C - +120°C
Maximum ambient air temperature
P2 electric motor rated capacity reduces due to diminished air cooling capability at a height of more than 1000 m above sea level or environment temperature more than 40°C. If the pump operates under the conditions mentioned above, it should be equipped with a motor of higher capacity.
