Description and characteristics of CDL, CDLF pumps

Electric pumps of CDL/CDLF series - Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps of normal suction equipped with standard electric motors. The motor output shaft is connected to the pump shaft via coupling. The electric pump consists of work steps (impeller, diffuser) installed in a cylindrical case and connected by tie bolts with the bottom or slab and the head end. There are inlet and outlet nozzles located in axial alignment at the base. The electric pumps can be supplied with a control cabinet providing “dry-running” protection, electrical imbalance, overload and short-circuit protection.

Application of CDL/CDLF vertical multistage pumps

Electric pumps of CDL/CDLF series - multifunctional products. They are used for pumping various fluids including water or process liquid over a wide temperature, supply and head range. CDL model is used for non-aggressive fluid supply, and CDLF may be used for pumping weak acid and alkali solutions, oil and alcohol solutions, and etc.
The standard application includes as follows:
Water supply: water filtration and transfer in water supply systems, pressure build-up in the main pipeline, pressure build-up in water supply systems of high-rise buildings.
Industrial pressure increase: water supply systems for technological purposes, high-pressure washing plants, fire-extinguishing installations
