Explanation of characteristics

• The hydraulic characteristics are according to ISO9906
• Doagrams are given for motor constant speed of 2900 rpm, at water test with a temperature of 20оС, kinematic viscosity of 1mm2/s, (1cSt), with water free of air bubbles
• H/Q – dependence of head on capacity diagram with the nominal speed
• P2/Q – dependence of input power on supply diagram if liquid density is х103kg/m3
• Eta/Q – efficiency diagram determining electric pump effective operation
• NPSH/Q – allowable suction head diagram
• The electric pumps shall be used within the operational range specified in the specification chart to exclude the increased wear at high heads and motor overtemperature at overfeedings
• When pumping liquid with a density over 1350 kg/m3, a motor of higher capacity shall be used.

Installation

• During installing it is required to ensure that pipeline weight does not affect the electric pump
• The electric pump shall be fastened properly on horizontal surface
• For normal operation of the electric pump, it shall be installed in a non-freeze, well ventilated area
• Electric protection devices shall protect the pump against damages related to zero phase, non-constant voltage, short circuit, overload.

• Pure liquid without abrasive contaminants and fibers
• Fluid temperature: -20о С to +120оС
• Liquid density: max 1350 kg/m3
• Pump body pressure: max 10 Bar
• Ambient temperature: max +40оС
• Altitude elevation: max 1000 m.
