Description and characteristics of TD circulation pumps

TD electric pumps – single-stage, centrifugal, in-line, circulation electric pumps with coaxial nozzles (“in-line”) equipped with a standard motor and face seal. The design of these dry-motor pumps makes them less sensitive to impurities in pumped fluid in comparison with similar wet-motor pumps.

Pure non-explosive liquids (without explosion-proof motor) free from abrasive, solid contaminants or fibrous impurities non-aggressive to a material used in the pump.

 Application

For circulation in boiler houses, central heat supply stations, in booster pump stations of centralized heat supply system. In circulation circuits of process cooling (cooling towers - heat exchangers). In air conditioning circulation systems (chiller - fan coil). Application in fire-fighting systems and pressure boosting facilities. The design of these dry-motor pumps makes them less sensitive to impurities in pumped fluid in comparison with similar wet-motor pumps. 

Design features

Cartridge end sealing is used in TD 125-150 pumps (on request), в TD 200 - 300 pumps (standard) which significantly simplifies maintenance. Therefore, the maintenance of even the largest pumps can be performed by one person. Casing may be made of stainless steel. The pumps can be supplied with a control cabinet providing “dry-running” protection, electrical imbalance and overload protection. Motor frequency regulation on request.
